My husband sign me online for services to be able to workout ..I came on 06/19/2017 at 7:25 am and (Tee) the receptionist lady asked me how could she helped me I told her if I needed to sign in she started questioning my personal info and advised me I wasn't gonna be able to join in due to a $94.00 returned draft fee that occur about a year ago I explained her I was never notified and I've only been at the gym once and I suffered from memory problems due to Traumatic Brain Injury she asked me if I was Hispanic I didnt understand what did that had to do with our conversation I started getting anxious like my heart was raising so I told her I would call Headquarters later she asked me "where do you think you're going??? I said to the restroom she said the exit is the other way ..I would really would like to file a racial complaint on this lady ..If I can't join YMCA I will go somewhere else she didn't explaine anything about the $94.00 draft fee but this will not end here if you don't resolve this I will take it to an attorney !!! I'm 100% disabled by the way

If that small experience caused your heart to race, I'd suggest you see a cardiologist before engaging in any exercise program.

Your foreign origin is not the cause of your problems.
